I’d not say “Unpredictably Explode”… It’s actually predicable enough… We bite our tongues until we can take no more, and then regret the outburst almost immediately! Not for hurtful words, though there is that, but mostly for our loss of control…we are disappointed in ourselves and see our outburst as weakness…
